Visas
Nationals of some countries need to have a visa or entry certificate to enter the UK. Information on specific country requirements can be obtained from any British Embassy, High Commission or Consulate, or from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website at www.ukvisas.gov.uk
We will issue letters of invitation to registered delegates who require visas to enter the UK that will assist all bona fide applicants to travel to the World Assemblies.
All British Embassies, High Commissions, Consulates will be provided with background info on the World Assemblies and will therefore be expecting applications.
Unfortunately, as visas are issued at the discretion of individual immigration officers in British diplomatic mission across the world, there is no centralised facility to guarantee universal approval. However, we will endeavour to advise and assist any delegates who experience difficulty in obtaining the necessary travel permission, and we will work closely with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to minimise difficulties.
Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in the event of any unpredictable event.
Insurance
The conference cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before travelling.
