Miguel Concha M.D. Ph.D.

Miguel Concha is Director of the Nucleus of Neural Morphogenesis at the University of Chile and a HHMI International Research Scholar. His Laboratory of Experimental Ontogeny (LEO) studies the genetic and morphogenetic mechanisms that give rise to form, structure and functional organisation during ontogenic development, using zebrafish, medaka and annual fish as model organisms, and focused on the topics of left-right asymmetry and cellular morphogenesis [www.ontogenesis.cl].
