Michel Labouesse

After undergraduate training in physics and maths, ML did a PhD under supervision of the late Piotr Slonimski (Gif/Yvette, France) studying mitochondrial RNA splicing. He got acquainted with C. elegans through a postdoc with Bob Horvitz at MIT, and is now Group Leader and Department head at the IGBMC (Strasbourg, France).
