Oscar Marin

Oscar Marín is a developmental neurobiologist studying the mechanisms controlling the development of the cerebral cortex in mammals. He received his PhD at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, and subsequently trained with John Rubenstein and March Tessier-Lavigne at UCSF.  He is now a Professor at the Instituto de Neurociencias (CSIC-UMH) in Alicante, Spain.
