	James Sharpe James Sharpe is a senior group leader in the EMBL-CRG Systems Biology Program, at the CRG (Centre for Genomic Regulation) in Barcelona. He is the inventor of OPT (optical projection tomography), and his research focuses on building dynamic computer models of development – in particular, patterning and morphogenesis in the vertebrate limb bud, and theoretical models of pattern-forming gene networks.
