Venue Management
Our approach when dealing with venues is that we never assume anything! We have organised events in many different types of venues from hotels and purpose built congress centres to theatre venues and university campuses in many countries.
When working with any venue we insist on having regular meetings with all the key personnel assigned to the conference, both from a sales and operational perspective. In essence, we aim to make them part of our team so that the organisation is seamless.
On-Site Staff
We will be responsible for all registration desk staff using our own permanent multilingual staff and we will be responsible for briefing and managing the team of volunteers who will assist with delegate registration and distribution of delegate bags. The desk is manned at all times, we are always the first to arrive and the last to leave ensuring that there is always someone to answer any queries be it from scientific/academic programme information or recommendations on local restaurants. We can also provide a manned Exhibitors Help Desk on the main build up and break down days as well as a desk to assist poster presenters to locate the correct board.
