• Ensuring the potential conference venue is offering the best financial package
• Negotiating discounted rates with the audio visual suppliers, caterers and hotels
• Producing a brand image (logo) for the bid publicity material
• Producing a comprehensive bid document covering all aspects of why the city is such an attractive and successful conference location.

If required, we support the Local Ambassador in making the presentation to the Selection Committee wherever in the world that may be.
